Trump Denies US Involvement In Iran Strike, Warns Of Retaliation If Attacked: 'Full Strength And Might Of...'
Former US President Donald Trump on Sunday stated that the United States had "nothing to do" with the overnight strike on Iran, hours after Israel declared it had launched an "extensive series of strikes" targeting Iranian Defence Ministry headquarters and a nuclear site.
President Trump also issued a stern warning to Tehran, cautioning that the "full strength and might" of the US Armed Forces would "come down on you at levels never seen before" should Iran choose to attack the United States.

"The US had nothing to do with the attack on Iran, tonight. If we are attacked in any way, shape or form by Iran, the full strength and might of the US Armed Forces will come down on you at levels never seen before," he posted on Truth Social.
Trump further claimed he could "easily" broker peace between Iran and Israel and "end this bloody conflict".
A scheduled round of US-Iran nuclear negotiations in Oman was cancelled on Sunday.
On Friday, Trump had urged Tehran to strike a deal with Washington regarding its nuclear ambitions, stating, "Iran must make a deal, before there is nothing left."
The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) announced on Sunday morning that it had executed an "extensive series of strikes on targets in Tehran related to the Iranian regime's nuclear weapons project."
Among the targets were the Iranian Ministry of Defence's headquarters and the SPND nuclear project. In a post on X, the IDF also claimed to have struck the location where Iran "hid its nuclear archive."
Following the strikes, air raid sirens sounded across Jerusalem and Tel Aviv after Iran retaliated with a new wave of attacks. Iran's Revolutionary Guards claimed that Iranian missiles and drones had struck Israeli energy infrastructure and facilities used for fighter jet fuel production.
Reports suggest that at least seven individuals were killed in Israel, including a ten-year-old boy and a woman in her twenties.
Tensions in the Middle East have reached a boiling point after the Israeli military launched Operation "Rising Lion", targeting Iranian nuclear and military installations on Friday.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated the operation was undertaken to "roll back the Iranian threat to Israel's very survival."
"This operation will continue for as many days as it takes to remove this threat," he said on Friday.
Israel also claimed that its strikes resulted in the deaths of top Iranian generals as well as senior scientists and nuclear experts.
On Saturday, Netanyahu said the assault had significantly disrupted Iran's nuclear programme.
"We will hit every site and every target of the Ayatollahs' regime, and what they have felt so far is nothing compared with what they will be handed in the coming days," he warned in a video address.
