Three dead after courthouse shooting in US
Chicago, July 12: At least three people were dead following a shooting at the Berrien County courthouse in St. Joseph City in southwestern Michigan state, media reported.
Two of the dead were court bailiffs, and the shooter was the third, Detroit Free Press reported, citing an employee at the Berrien county prosecutor's office, according to Xinhua.

Michigan State Police has confirmed the shooting, but did not give the number of casualties.
The courthouse was put under lockdown after the shooting and employees were being kept in their offices, the employee said.
"MSP (Michigan State Police) has secured the scene at the Berrien County courthouse and started its investigation into the shooting that occurred this afternoon," Governor Rick Snyder said on Twitter.
