Terror attack leaves Stockholm bleeding
A large number of people were wounded, although Swedish authorities are yet to give an exact figure.
Just meters away from Indian Embassy in Stockholm, a man drove the truck on a crowd at a busy intersection in the Swedish capital on Friday, leaving three people dead.
The incident took place at Drottninggatan/ Kungsgatan intersection of the Swedish capital. Reports say that the truck rammed into a department store window.
A large number of people were wounded, although Swedish authorities are yet to give an exact figure.
Swedish police are questioning two people in connection with the attack. Those being questioned are necessarily the suspects, said reports.
Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven has hinted that it was a terrorist attack.

Chaos in Stockholm
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj confirmed that none of the Indian Embassy officials were injured in the attack. She also tweeted emergency contact number for Indians in Sweden to contact the embassy.

Attack at busy intersection of Drottninggatan
Drottninggatan is Stockholm's busiest shopping street.Swedish brewery Spendrups has confirmed it owned the truck used in the attack and said it was hijacked earlier on Friday.
Eyewitness account
Some eyewitnesses said that they heard a loud boom and the walls shook. People were seen running and crying for help.
Injured rushed to hospital
Several people were mowed and some were grievously injured in the dastardly attack. Injured were shifted to hospitals on helicopters. After the assailant plowed into people, the front of the truck ended up inside the department store.
