Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan claims responsibility of Friday Karachi attack
Islamabad, May1: Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility of the Karachi attack in Pakistan that claimed lives of a DSP and two other policeman on Friday, media reported.
At least three policemen including DSP Fateh Muhammad Sangi were killed in the Gulshan-e-Hadeed area of the port city on Friday morning when motorcycle borne TTP militants attacked them, Dawn Online reported.

Investigative teams recovered 22 bullet casings from the scene of the crime.
The post mortem report has revealed the DSP was shot nine times while police constable Farooq and Nazir were shot eight times each. According to the report the policemen were targeted from four sides and 9mm pistols were used in the attack.
