Gaza: Shelling on UN school kills 16

is gone now. The UN school, which they thought would be safe was bombed, killing 16 people.

But they were wrong. The Israeli military had warned on Monday that the shekter should be evacuated. BY Thursday, the United Nations withdrew its staff and stopped providing food. Following this, the Palestinians gathered in the courtyard of the school trusting that they would be transferred to a safer place.

They were wrong yet again, as bombs ripped the crowd, killing 16 people and wounding many. Meanwhile, the source of the blast remains unclear; Israel says that the it was the militant missiles that may have fallen short of its target.

Compared to Israelis, Palestinians have lost 800 civilians, while the former lost just 32 soldiers and 3 civilians.

Moreover, this was the fourth time that a UN school was struck.
