Shehbaz Sharif Can't Even Take Modi's Name, Army Chief Asif Munir Is Jackal: Pakistan MP

A Pakistani MP on Friday came down heavily on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Army Chief Asif Munir as India successfully carried out attacks on the terrorist base in Pakistan and intercepted missiles from Islamabad.

What Pak MP Said?

In a viral video, Shahid Khattak, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) president of south region Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is heard claiming that the Prime Minister lacks courage to even take Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's name.

He said, "Our Prime Minister is hiding like a coward jackal. He doesn't even have the courage to take Modi's name." The Pakistan leader then targeted the Pakistan military chief Asif Munir. The leader added: "Our armed forces are being led by a jackal, not a lion. Our soldiers are demoralised."

Pakistani political leader added: "Those sitting in the front, they have properties abroad, they will run away to London, some will go to Dubai, some have homes in Europe, but we have to live in this country. This land is ours. The Pakistani nation is not standing with you, understand this"

He then claimed that his country looks helpless when its forces need courage to take on India. His remarks reflect the growing anger against Pakistan's political and military leadership.

Similarly, Pakistani Senator Tahir Iqbal, a former army officer, was in tears in the National Assembly pleading with the government to "save the country from India." He said, "God, please keep this country safe,"

The Indian armed forces carried out a planned attack on nine terror infrastructure (5 in Pakistan and 4 in PoK) on Wednesday.

In retaliation, Pakistan targeted India by launching waves of drones and missiles at three military bases on Thursday, which were neutralised by the Indian Air Force.

On the other hand, Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has become a butt of a joke after a video of his interview with CNN went viral on social media sites.

Speaking to the news channel, Khawaja Asif was exposed after the journalist caught him spreading misinformation about Pakistan shooting down five Indian jets on Wednesday.
