Several injured as explosion rocks Shanghai airport
Shanghai, June 12: Several persons were injured after an explosion rocked China's Shanghai Pudong International Airport on Sunday, June 12 afternoon, authorities said.
The accident, due to fire crackers, occurred around 3 p.m. (local time) near a checking counter, a quoted police as saying.
The injured were rushed to hospital. An investigation has been launched, the police said.
