14 dead, 5 injured in weekend shooting incidents in US
Amongst the dead, it is said that two aspiring rappers, Fransico Mercedez and Kenny Jimenez were shot dead after the gunman opened fire and then sped off in a waiting car.
Reports suggest that the duo had just performed in the neighbourhood and were leaving when the incident took place.
Meanwhile, in other shooting incidents on the same night a man was shot in Brooklyn, whereas three teenagers were shot when a gunman opened fire at them in East Harlem's Jefferson Park.
The three teenagers were later said to be in stable condition.
People around these areas were scared and said that they were scared for their life.
