Pakistan probably did not know about Osama bin Laden, says ex US ambassador
Washington, April 16: Contrary to US President Barack Obama and former spymaster, an ex-US ambassador to Pakistan has said that Pakistan was not aware about presence of Al Qaeda leader Osama bib Laden, who was killed in Abbottabad in May 2011.
"Pakistan probably didn't know about Osama bin Laden as there is no evidence to suggest there was a link" former US envoy to Pakistan Cameron Munter was quoted as saying by Dawn online.

Osama bin Laden was killed by Navy seal commander when a group of 25 Navy Seals raided the compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
They arrived outside the compound in two Black Hawk helicopters. The operation took 40 minutes total.
