Pakistan Being Run By Crooks and Duffers: Imran Khan

Former Pakistan prime minister, Imran Khan has said his country has been taken over by a beach of crooks and duffers.

He hit out at prime minister Shahbaz Sharif and his government and said that that nation has been taken over by crooks.

"Nation has been taken over by a bunch of crooks, criminals, duffers devoid of any ethics or morality.While the country sinks into its worst economic crisis esp unprecedented inflation and unemployment, all those in power are concentrating on how to crush the biggest and the only federal party by unleashing a reign of terror

The former Pakistan PM had skipped appearing before the National Accountabiluty Bureau in the Al-Qadir Trust case. He was summoned at 10 am today, but his legal team advised him not to appear and instead submit a written response.

Security officials close to a road outside Imran Khan's home in Lahore kept up their siege as a 24-hour deadline given to him to hand over suspects allegedly inside his house was about to expire on Thursday.

Sindh minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the violent attacks in the country on May 9 were carried out by PTI supporters, the party that Imran Khan heads. "No political party carries out such activities, " Memon told a press conference.

Pakistan is facing one crisis after another. While its economy is in doldrums, the security situation is worsening each day. There is a full blown tussle on between Khan and the Pakistan Army. Following his arrest, the entire country descended into chaos. The violence came down following Imran Khan's release which was owing to a court order.
