Sensing the graveness of the situation, OneIndia's Ansh Pandey spoke exclusively to Ken Asaka, Editor-In-Chief of the Kenya Times. He shared his insights on the situation, the political implications of agitating youths on streets, and how this situation can be tackled.

When asked about how he feels the media worldwide is reacting to the violent Kenyan protests, Aseka said, "While most of the global media has covered what's happening here on surface level, what they missed is reporting on the number mass killings of unarmed protesters by Army. They missed to cover the underlying cause of this unrest and he role of President William Ruto in it."
