North Korea leader Kim Jong Un's uncle executed

The Korean Central News Agency denounced Taek as "despicable human scum, who was worse than a dog." The report said that he had attempted to grab power by appalling methods.
The announcement came days after Taek was removed from all his posts because of a series of allegations against him including those of corruption and drug abuse.
The news agency also called Taek a ‘traitor'.
Reports suggest that Taek followers may protest against the execution and could lead to instability or lead to a miscalculation or attack on the South.
Taek had been seen by outsiders as the leading supporter of Chinese-style economic reforms.
Though the White House did not confirm the news but it said that it has "no reason to doubt" that the execution took place.
