No One Is Even Trying Musk Points Foul Play As Trump Faces Second Assassination Attempt

In a post on X, Musk posted, "No one is even trying to assassinate Biden/Kamala," igniting debate about the escalating political tensions in the US.

What is that Elon Musk is trying to convey? Notably, Musk has been using social media platform X to share developments and his opinions through cryptic messages.

This development comes as former US President Donald Trump, the Republican nominee for the 2024 elections, once again became the target of an assassination attempt.

SHOTS FIRED ON DONALD TRUMP AGAIN

On September 15, 2024, shots were fired near Trump's International Golf Course in West Palm Beach, Florida, marking the second such incident in two months.

The US Secret Service responded swiftly to the threat. The agents reportedly opened fire after spotting an armed individual near the golf course. An AK-style firearm was recovered at the scene. Fortunately, the Republican presidential nominee emerged unharmed from the incident.

This latest attempt follows a similar incident in July 2024, when shots were fired at an election rally. Donald Trump's Ear was visibly harmed after the attack.

In the aftermath of the incident, tech tycoon Elon Musk, a vocal supporter of Trump, questioned why similar attacks haven't been directed at any other key political figures, specifically mentioning President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

BIDEN-HARRIS REACTS TO ALLEGED ASSASSINATION

Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic Party's nominee for the 2024 election, also addressed the situation on X, condemning the violence. She posted, "Violence has no place in America," expressing relief that Trump was unharmed.

President Joe Biden, who had earlier stepped back from the 2024 race, also commented on the incident. He commended the work of federal law enforcement and the Secret Service for ensuring Trump's safety and called for continued vigilance against political violence.

"There is no place for political violence or any violence ever in our country," Biden wrote on X.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump himself responded to the shooting through a fundraising email to his supporters.

"I AM SAFE AND WELL!" he assured them, emphasizing that such incidents would not deter him from his presidential run. "Nothing will slow me down. I will NEVER SURRENDER!" Trump declared, rallying his base ahead of the November elections.
