OMG! Mother puts 2-year-old inside washing machine, just for FUN!

Washington, July 23: A new controversy hit social networking site Facebook when a mother uploaded a picture of her child trapped inside washing machine.

The mother has been identified as 21-year-old Courtney Stewart. She said that she posted the image on the social networking site just for "FUN".

However, her statement did not go well with other Facebook users who criticised the woman. One of the users filed a police complaint against the woman.

Despite all criticism, the woman refused to apologise. She was quoted as saying, "He (her 2-year-old son) loves the washing machine. We took a picture and it was a laugh."

However, critics wrote on Facebook, "It was terrible to look at. For anyone, let alone someone who is also a parent, to take a picture like that and stick it on Facebook for a laugh is unbelievable."

"It's no wonder people are angry about it. People in the town have been talking about it, because anyone who has seen it has been left shocked," the user added while lashing out at the woman.

Reacting against her critics, Courtney Stewart told, "'He is clearly laughing in the pictures. So I don't understand why somebody took that picture as - well, I don't know what they took it as. What did they think I was doing to him? Taking him for a spin? He's got a bit of a washing obsession. Anyone who knows him would know he's got a washing obsession."

According to reports, the 2-year-old son is suffering with Down's Syndrome and his mother was trying to make him happy by putting him inside the washing machine.
