Moscow Terror Attack | 28 bodies found In toilet; Putin Claims ‘Ukraine Window'
Four men were arrested by Russia on Saturday, allegedly involved in spraying bullets into a concert hall in Moscow, resulting in the deaths of 133 people and causing grievous injuries to at least 107 others. Responsibility for the attack has been claimed by the terrorist group ISIS.
However, Ukrainian officials have stated that their war-ravaged country was not behind the attack. Russian authorities have asserted that the attackers received assistance from Ukraine, as reported by Hindustan Times.

Earlier, it had been stated by Russian authorities that 143 people died in the shooting; however, later, it was announced that 133 bodies had been discovered during over 24 hours of search. Currently, 107 people are in hospitals fighting for their lives, as reported by Hindustan Times.
