Modi praises Indian diaspora

Singapore, Nov 24: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday praised the Indian diaspora for building up the image of the country.

"The entire world is reposing a lot of faith in India today and the reason behind this is not Modi, but the Indians settled abroad," said Modi, who is on a two-day Singapore visit.

"Wherever you have gone, you have made that country your own, irrespective of circumstances," Modi said while addressing a large gathering of Indians here.
