Man Who Threatened To Carry Out Mass Shooting If Donald Trump Wins Arrested
Authorities have arrested a 25-year-old man on Tuesday after he threatened to carry out a mass shooting against conservative Christians if Republican candidate Donald Trump wins the presidential race.
The young man is identified as Isaac Sissel who is from Ann Arbor, Michigan. As per the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of Michigan, he is accused of sending an anonymous threat to the FBI National Threat Operations Center in West Virginia on Saturday,

"I shall carry out an attack against conservative christan, [sic] filth in the event trump wins the election," National View quoted a part of his message. "I have a stolen ar15 and a target I refuse to name so I can continue to get away with my plans. Without a specific victim or ability to find the place I hid the gun, there's not a thing the FBI can do until I complete the attack."
He was taken to federal court on Tuesday afternoon even as the FBI field office in Detroit is investigating the case. "Sissel said that he wouldn't kill Trump, but if he knew someone was going to assassinate Trump that it was his duty to not intervene," the federal complaint states. "Sissel said that he hated conservative Christians, who he enjoyed threatening."
Meanwhile, the counting has started in parts of the US. As per the early trends, Vice President Kamala Harris, representing the Democratic Party, has secured Vermont. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump, the Republican nominee, has claimed victories in Kentucky and Indiana.
As it stands in the Electoral College, which comprises 538 members, Trump is leading with 19 electors compared to Harris's three. To secure the presidency, a candidate must obtain at least 270 electoral votes. This early lead gives Trump an advantage as the race progresses.
