Power outages continue in LA amidst rising temperature

Power outage began on Monday night after Los Angeles Department of Water and Power customers consumed twice as much of power used on an average day.
Many regions in LA were seen facing power outages on Tuesday even as temperatures soared across the region. Reports suggest that nearly 1,200 customers were affected in Pacific Palisades and 1000 were affected in Los Feliz.
Sun Valley, Mulholland, Brentwood and Sherman Oaks were some areas that were affected by the power outages.
Meanwhile, temperatures continued to soar in the region with many fearing that previous records could be broken with the rising temperature.
Meteorologists issued 'red flag warnings' for the mountains saying that if there was any fire it could spread into a huge wildfire.
