British Prime Minister Theresa May said that the location of the attack was no accident.

Five people were killed and almost 40 injured in a terror attack near the Houses of Parliament in London on Wednesday. The attacker was also killed in the incident. British Prime Minister Theresa May said that the location of the attack was no accident.
No terror group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet. It was clearly a lone-wolf attack. The attacker plowed his car through a crowd of people on a bridge over the River Thames. He then got out of his vehicle and fatally stabbed a police officer, Keith Palmer.
The attacker was shot dead. The security officials have said that it was an Islamist-related terror incident but refused to name any group.
