The palace confirmed that while the King's treatment program is ongoing, his condition has improved sufficiently for him to undertake public engagements, albeit with necessary adjustments to safeguard his health.

Public-facing engagements previously cancelled due to the King's diagnosis in early February will now be reconsidered based on medical advice. However, a full summer programme of engagements remains uncertain. The palace also stated that official state business, including audiences with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, will proceed as usual.
