Khalistani Separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun Appears In Pak News Channels, Raises 'Naara-e-Takbeer' Slogan

Pakistani media has found a new hero to peddle their narrative. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, Khalistani separatist and head of banned Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), is now appearing in news channels to spread hatred against India.

Khalistani Separatist In Pakistan News Channels

In one of the clips doing rounds on X, the Khalistani separatist, appearing on Geo News, is claiming that Sikhs refused to fight for India. He is also seen raising 'Naara-e-Takbeer' slogan. The slogan translates to "Cry of Takbir" in English. It's a phrase commonly used in the Islamic world, often followed by the response "Allahu Akbar", which means "God is the greatest". The phrase is a way of expressing faith and praising God, often used in gatherings or rallies.

It is also reported that he is seen claiming Pakistan Zindabad as he supports the claim of Islamabad defeating India in the recent conflict between the two nations.

SFJ, which allegedly has links with Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), is known for radicalizing Punjabi youth with pro-Khalistan propaganda. The group has also been implicated in arms smuggling and drug trafficking operations targeting Punjab's youth.

Sikhs for Justice To Target Indian Delegation In US

On the other hand, the banned pro-Khalistan group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) has launched a campaign in the United States as India prepares to send a delegation to intensify its global outreach to expose Pakistan's role in the Pahalgam terrorist attack and India's Operation Sindoor to eliminate the terrorirst hubs in Pakistan.

In a bid to undermine this diplomatic effort, SFJ has branded the official Indian mission as a "Delegation of Devils" and announced plans to petition the US State Department and Congress against it. The move is widely seen as an attempt to disrupt India's bipartisan push to expose Pakistan's involvement in fostering terrorism in Kashmir.

SFJ's general counsel, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, accused India of "manufacturing war" to implicate Pakistan, demanding that the US hold India accountable for Operation Sindoor. He also questioned the credibility of India's intelligence and claimed that religious sites such as Nankana Sahib were targeted during the operation- an assertion India has denied.

Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has been making anti-India statements for many years now and threatening Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

However, an ex-RAW officer named Vikas Yadav was accused by the US Department of Justice of trying to kill Pannun. The FBI's New York office has now listed him as wanted for "murder-for-hire" and money laundering.
