KFC Launches Fried Chicken-Flavoured Toothpaste For ₹1,123 – Sells Out Instantly

KFC has taken its iconic flavour beyond mealtimes by launching a fried chicken-flavoured toothpaste, created in collaboration with oral care brand Hismile.

The quirky product, inspired by the fast-food giant's famous blend of 11 herbs and spices, was released as a limited edition and has already sold out.

In a press release, KFC described the toothpaste as delivering the sensation of "biting into a hot, juicy piece of KFC Original Recipe Chicken," coating your teeth with flavour before finishing off with a clean and refreshed feeling.

Koban Jones, marketing manager at Hismile, expressed enthusiasm for the unconventional partnership, stating, "We love to push the envelope, and what better way than by infusing KFC's legendary taste into a daily essential? This collaboration is bold, surprising, and a lot of fun."

Despite its novelty factor, the $13 (around ₹1,123) toothpaste, which was sold exclusively through Hismile's website, was already out of stock by Tuesday morning.

Although the toothpaste is currently unavailable, KFC enthusiasts can still purchase the brand's electric toothbrush.

Retailing for $59 (roughly ₹5,097), it features "three dynamic cleaning modes, soft-tapered bristles, and a built-in timer," offering "the perfect blend of fun and functionality for a standout smile," according to the product page.

This isn't KFC's first foray into novelty products - the brand previously released "No. 11 Eau de BBQ," a limited-edition fragrance with notes of charcoal and smoked wood.

Sold exclusively in the UK, the scent came in a 100ml bottle adorned with red and black stripes and was priced at $13.82 (about ₹1,200).
