Kate Middleton To Make First Public Appearance Amid Cancer Treatment
Kate Middleton is set to make her first public appearance amid her ongoing cancer treatment. The Princess of Wales will join the Trooping the Colour parade this weekend, marking King Charles' birthday.
Middleton has been away from the public eye for several months. On March 22, she confirmed through a pre-recorded video that she has been undergoing cancer treatment and needed a break from royal duties.

In an emotional statement, Middleton shared that her recovery journey includes "good days and bad days." She said she feels strong enough to attend the annual ceremony on Saturday. "There are good days and bad days," she stated. "On those bad days, you feel weak and tired. But on the good days, you want to make the most of feeling well."
Despite her plans to attend the parade, Middleton acknowledged that she is still battling her illness and often feels exhausted. "I'm looking forward to attending The King's Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet," she said.
A Buckingham Palace spokesperson revealed that King Charles is delighted about Middleton's attendance. "His Majesty is delighted that The Princess is able to attend tomorrow's events, and is much looking forward to all elements of the day," the spokesperson added.
Middleton had to apologize to the Irish Guards for missing a crucial practice for the parade. She received the title of honorary Colonel of the Irish Guards last year. She has mostly stayed away from the public eye following her surgery and cancer diagnosis.
An insider previously told Us Weekly that Middleton "may never come back in the role that people saw her in before."
