Islamabad, July 18: Pakistani terrorist group Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) Thursday termed the Indian colour given to a meeting between its chief Hafiz Saeed and yoga guru Ramdev's aide Ved Pratap Vaidik as "highly objectionable" and described Indian politics as "narrow-minded".

JuD spokesperson Yahya Mujahid, who claimed to have been present at the interaction between 26/11 mastermind Saeed and Vaidik, said in a statement issued Thursday that the meeting was sought by Vaidik.

Stating that the JuD chief meets everyone unmindful of his nationality or religion, the spokesperson said, "Saeed has been meeting representatives of domestic and international media to put across his point of view."

Mujahid said during that meet significant discussions were held on India-Pakistan relations and Narendra Modi government.

On being asked by Vaidik if he would oppose the newly-elected Indian prime minister, Saeed said that he "does not do politics of opposition but would certainly present his point of view before him", the spokesperson added.

The spokesperson also said that on being asked about 2008 Mumbai attack, Saeed retierated that he had nothing to do with it.

"Lahore high court and later Supreme Court has rejected Indian dossier. India should respect decision of our courts," the spokesperson quoted Saeed as telling Vaidik during their meet.

Nearly 170 people were killed and hundreds injured in the terror attack.
