JD Vance Confident After Voting For Trump: "I Feel Good About This Race!"
Ohio state senator and GOP vice presidential candidate JD Vance expressed confidence in the 2024 election outcome after casting his vote for Donald Trump on Tuesday morning.
Arriving at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Cincinnati with his wife, Usha Vance, and their children, Vance shared his optimism with reporters, saying, "I feel good about this race. You never know until you know, but I feel good."

Vance, a prominent supporter of the former president, also took a moment to thank Americans for participating in what he called "one of the great traditions in American democracy." Recalling his previous successful campaign, he noted, "I felt good about my own race a couple of years ago when I voted in this exact same spot. Hopefully, it goes as well for President Trump and me as it did for me back then in Ohio."
Acknowledging the divided nature of the election, Vance emphasized his commitment to unity, adding, "The best way to heal the rift in the country is to govern well, create prosperity, and remind Americans that we are fundamentally on the same team, no matter how they voted." He also shared that he plans to join Trump in Palm Beach later in the day to watch the results.
In a message to voters, Vance encouraged support for Trump but promised respect regardless of their choice. "If I am lucky enough to be your vice president, I'll fight hard for your dreams and your family over the next four years," he said.
