Jammu and Kashmir is not for sale, says Junaid Qureshi to UN
Geneva: Junaid Qureshi, a writer, International human rights activist, and a senior leader of the Jammu Kashmir Democratic Liberation Party on Friday told United Nations that he strongly reject the construction of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) of exploitation.

While addressing, Qureshi said,''Construction of CPEC is illegal and in contravention of International law. It requires your urgent attention & intervention''.
He further said that Gilgit Baltistan is integral part of Jammu & Kashmir and Pakistan has no right to divide J&K. He further tells UN that J&K is not for sale.
Junaid is also the son of separatist leader Hashim Qureshi, who was one of the founding members of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front. He currently lives in Amsterdam and maintains a keen interest in the affairs of his home state, Kashmir.
