Disturbing Video Leads to Internal Review of Jacksonville Traffic Stop Incident

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office in northeast Florida has launched an internal review following a traffic stop incident involving 24-year-old LeKeian Woods, a Black man whose arrest was captured on video by a bystander. The video, released by Woods' attorney Harry Daniels, reveals at least three officers atop of Woods who is lying chest-down on grass next to a vehicle. In one disturbing sequence, an officer appears to forcefully slam Woods' head into the ground. Following this, handcuffed and seemingly unable to sit up independently, Woods is propped against an officer's legs. Later scenes show him struggling to stand up.
