ISIS militants chop women's hands for using mobile phone
London, Feb 17: Using a mobile phone in Mosul could leave you limbless or could put you into trouble. At least that is what three women in Mosul experienced when Islamic State or ISIS militants chopped their arms for using mobile phones in public space.
Five men were also beaten up by ISIS militants for doing the same.
According to news reports, ISIS militants have banned the use of mobile phones fearing that people might use it to inform the US authorities for bombing positions in the area.
The terror group had issued a decree that anyone using a private mobile phone will be beaten with 30 lashes.
US along in coalition with many other countries have carried out several air strikes in Iraq in order to fight the rising terror outfit.
This comes a day after the ISIS had released a video claiming to have executed atleast a dozen of Egyptian Christians in Libya. Following this, Egypt bombed many ISIS targets in Libya.
