Iranian President Rouhani wants all sanctions to be lifted before signing of n-deal
Tehran, April 9: Iran will not sign any nuclear deal with the P5+1 unless all international economic sanctions are lifted, said Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, media reported on Thursday.
"We will not sign any deal unless all sanctions are lifted on the same day ... We want a win-win deal for all parties involved in the nuclear talks," President Rouhani said in a televised speech on the occasion of National Nuclear Technology Day Thursday, Voice of America reported.

April 9 is celebrated as National Nuclear Technology Day in Iran.
Iran and the six world powers France, Germany, Britain, China, Russia and the US sealed a breakthrough agreement on April 2 outlining limits on Iran's nuclear programme in exchange for which Tehran was promised an end to years of economic sanctions.
Iran demands they be removed immediately and permanently, while the US prefers a more gradual phasing-out process.
"They have to do it. It will be done. If there's going to be a deal, it will be done. It will be done," Rouhani said.
The US government and many of its allies believe Iran's nuclear program is aimed at producing a weapon, despite Iran's insistence that the program is for civilian energy purposes.
