Indian flag hoisted upside down at ASEAN Summit
Kuala Lumpur, Nov 21: In an embarrassing moment for the ASEAN organisers in Kuala Lumpur, the Indian flag was hoisted upside down when Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Japanese PM Shinzo Abe.
Modi was seen greeting Abe at the ASEAN-India Summit in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, when both the leaders posed for photographers.

The Ministry of External Affairs has not yet reacted to the incident.
Meanwhile, Abe said: "The India-Japan relationship has the greatest potential of any bilateral relationship in the world."
Modi arrived in Malaysia today for a four-day visit. In his address he said: "I have been saying that the 21st century belongs to Asia. I say this because of the track record of Asean countries."
