Ishrat Naveed, who has been pursuing a Phd through a exchange program from a Pakistani University, said that he was mentally harassed and dubbed as a spy in the country.

Naveed added despite several complaints, no action has been taken in this regard.

"My supervisor told me to go back to India," said Naveed.
