India is making excuses to avoid talking to Islamabad, says Pakistan
Islamabad, Aug 21: Pakistan on Friday said India "was making excuses" to avoid talking to Islamabad.
Shortly after India said the NSA level talks cannot go on if Pakistan insisted on talking to Kashmiri separatists, Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid said: "India has made excuses before and refused talks. They are making excuses again."
