Imran Khan's third marriage on sticky wicket, his pet 'dogs' in news again

Pakistan cricketer and chairperson of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan's third wife Bushra Manek is again in the news for all the wrong reasons. According to media reports, Imran's third wife Bushra Manek has returned to her maternal home following a domestic dispute over the ex-cricketer's pet dogs.

It is learnt that the presence of dogs reportedly interfered in the religious activities of Manek due to which she wanted the expulsion of the dogs from the house.

The two had secretly married in February in Lahore.

However, a report in the Daily Unmat, a leading Urdu daily, stated that prior to their wedding, the two had agreed that no member from their families will stay for a long time in Bani Gala, the residence of the PTI chief.

The report adds that the presence of Bushra's son irked Imran, which in turn led to disputes between the couple.

This isn't the first time that Imran's personal life has been in the news for the wrong reasons. His previous marriages were also marred by controversies.

He was first married to Jemima Goldsmith and has two sons from the marriage. He then married TV anchor Reham Khan in 2015 but the marriage ended within 10 months.

With reports surfacing that a row over dogs, among other things, led to Imran Khan and Reham Khan's divorce. However, sources close to the couple have rejected the claim and revealed it was, in fact, Reham who used to take care of all the five dogs owned by the couple.
