Human tooth, plastic, vinyl found in McDonald's food in Japan
Tokyo, Jan 8: In a major embarrassment, a human tooth was found in fries served in the fast-food giant McDonald's in Japan.
According to reports, the shocking incident took place August last year in the Osaka outlet of McD.
Apart from the human tooth, a piece of plastic was found in an ice cream sundae that had led to an injury in a child's mouth in Koriyama city of Japan, in December 2014.
In its latest blunder last week, a piece of vinyl was found in chicken nuggets in Misawa city of Japan.
After 3 goof-ups, McDonald's apologises
While apologising the staff at the McDonalds said that they would work to eliminate such incidents.
During a press conference on Wednesday, one of the firm's official said, "We were not able to discover how it got in the food."
He also claimed that the human tooth found in fries, served to a woman was not cooked. However, earlier the woman said that the tooth was 'fried'.
