Hindi, Hebrew main languages of Silicon valley: Israeli PM

Jerusalem, Oct 14: "Hindi and Hebrew are the main languages of the Silcon valley, (although) you sometimes also hear English", Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu remarked today.

Both India and Israel were strong in information technology and had made a mark in the Silicon valley in the United states, he said in a speech in the Knesset, the Israeli parliament, after President Pranab Mukherjee had addressed it.

The Israeli leader recalled his days at the MIT where he was amazed by the dominance of the Indian talent. He disclosed that Israel was setting up a cyber security centre in the southern part of Israel and invited Indian scientists to participate in the venture.
