Hillary dons jacket by Indian designer, sends a subtle hint to Trump
Washington, Apr 27: Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton recently ditched her black blue pant suit for something more colourful and surprised fashionistas.
Clinton, who was last week seen with her husband and former US President Bill Clinton, wore a colorful pure merino woven jacket over khaki pants.

While many were surprised with Clinton's choice of clothing, according to a report in the TOI, the jacket was designed by an Indian designer Juhi Kilachand, who is settled in New York.
While it is not sure whether Clinton was aware of the jacket's Indian roots, it sure sends out a strong message to her rival Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump who recently mocked an Indian call centre employee.
Meanwhile, TOI spoke to the designer who was elated. "This is nothing less than world class honour for me." The jacket's fabric is said to be manufactured by Ludhiana based Shingora Shawls.
Meanwhile, Clinton won Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware primaries, the media reported.
Donald Trump had last week said that he called up his credit card company to find out whether their customer support is based in the US or overseas.
"Guess what, you're talking to a person from India. How the hell does that work?" he told his supporters and went on to impersonate the Indian call centre employee's accent.
