George HW Bush breaks neck bone
Maine, July 16: 91-year old senior Bush-George HW Bush- fell at his Maine home and broke a neck bone. Although hospitalised after the fall, the former US president was doing fine.
Spokesman Jim McGrath said," he would be in a neck brace and is being treated at Portland's Maine Medical Center."
Bush, who is also suffering from Parkinson's disease, suffered a few other health ailments and was hospitalised in Houston in December. He was being treated for shortness of breath. Then in 2012, he was treated for bronchitis. Bush was a well known figure in US politics, a world war 2 veteran, he was the vice president to Ronald Reagen, U.S ambassador to China and a CIA director.
Father of former President George W Bush, he is also the father of Republican former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, who currently running the Presidential elections.
