Gas pipeline explodes in USA, probe on
Reports said the pipeline that exploded was a 30-inch natural gas pipeline outside a compressor that ruptured.
No injuries were, however, reported in Hughesville, which is a small settlement.
An investigation was on into the explosion which occurred 12 miles east of the Whiteman air force base.
