Escaping protestors felt like crossing the border: Donald Trump
Washington, Apr 30: Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Friday was forced to take a detour while on his way to the California Republican Party convention where he was scheduled to speak after protestors blocked the entrance to the venue.
Trump was forced to leave his motorcade and walk to the venue even as protestors raised slogans and burned an American flag in order to protest against the businessman.

Protestors were seen carrying ‘Stop Hate' banners even as they clashed with police officials.
Meanwhile, Trump in an attempt to elude protestors, was seen walking along and crossing a fence surrounded by his security personnel. Trump had to push back his speech by an hour because of the chaos.
However he made it to the venue and began his speech by saying: "That was not the easiest entrance I have made. I felt like I was crossing he border actually."
Trump, the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, has been criticized by some political rivals and voters for his comments on topics including women, refugees and immigrants, such as when he said some Mexican immigrants in the U.S. illegally are "rapists."
