Highlights of Donald Trump's maiden speech to the Congress
Trump, in his speech to the Congress, said he had ordered the Department of Homeland Security to create an office called "VOICE" - Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement. "The office is called Voice. We are providing a voice to those who have been ignored by our media, and silenced by special interests," he said.

He then introduced four Americans, whose family members had lost their lives to incidents of crimes committed by immigrants. Trump said that he was committed to making America safe for everyone.
Speaking about his immigration policies, Trump said that his administration had answered the pleas of the American people for immigration enforcement and border security. "To protect our citizens, I have directed the Justice Dept to form a Task Force on reducing violent crime," he said.
