In her first public address after her husband's death, Erika Kirk thanked Donald Trump and JD Vance for their support. She reflected on Charlie's love for family and his conservative beliefs, emphasising the impact of his message and legacy.

Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk, has spoken publicly for the first time since her husband's tragic death. During a media address on September 12, she expressed gratitude to US President Donald Trump and his family for their support following the Utah shooting incident.

"Charlie loved life, he loved his life...he loved America, he loved nature which helped him bring closer to God..., but most of all Charlie loved his children, and he loved me with all of his heart...," Erika said, further describing Charlie as the perfect father and husband.

She also extended her thanks to Vice President JD Vance and his "phenomenal wife" Usha for their unwavering support. Erika highlighted the deep bond between her husband and President Trump, stating, "Mr President, my husband loved you, and he knew that you loved him too...your friendship is amazing."

Charlie's Legacy

Reflecting on Charlie's aspirations, Erika shared that if he had pursued a political career, his primary goal would have been "Reviving the American family." It comes after Tyler Robinson's arrest. The 22-year-old from Utah was charged with assassinating Charlie Kirk. Reports suggest Robinson acted alone due to his disdain for Kirk's beliefs.

Charlie Kirk was fatally shot while speaking at Utah Valley University (UVU). Known for his strong conservative views on topics like abortion and gun control, he was addressing a question about transgender mass shooters when a bullet struck him.

A Message to Evildoers

Addressing those responsible for her husband's death, Erika stated that Charlie is now with "his Savior and his God," wearing the "glorious crown of a martyr." She passionately declared to those who took her husband's life: "You have no idea what they have done," emphasizing that they killed him because of his message of patriotism and faith.

Erika issued a powerful warning to those she called "evildoers": "You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife; the cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry." She continued by asserting that if they thought her husband's mission was impactful before, they are unaware of what they have unleashed globally.
