China ship tragedy: Rescue team struggle to find survivors
Beijing, June 3: Rescue team deployed to search bodies after a cruise ship capsized in China's Yangtze river, facing difficulties to find survivors.
A cruise ship carrying more than 450 people on board capsized in Yangtze river on Monday, CNN reported.
Most of the people on board still remained missing on Wednesday. 15 people have so far been rescued. Many of the missing passengers were senior citizens.
The ship, the Eastern Star, capsized late Monday during a storm along the section of the Yangtze that flows through Jianli County in central China's Hubei province. The captain and the chief engineer have been taken into police custody for questioning, according to authorities.

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has instructed the ministry of transport to mobilise all resources available to speed up the search and rescue work, and the treatment of the rescued victims.
