China’s President Xi Jinping Calls For Global Peace And Security Amidst Turbulent Times
In a recent address at BRICS Summit, Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized the need for stability and cooperation in a world facing significant challenges. He stated, "The world has entered a new period of turbulent change. We must work towards establishing a peaceful BRICS and serve as the guardians of common security."
Addressing the ongoing crises in Gaza and Lebanon, President Xi urged for immediate action, asserting, "We need to advocate for a ceasefire." On the situation in Ukraine, he highlighted the urgency of diplomatic efforts, stating, "We must push for the de-escalation of the situation as soon as possible."

These remarks underscore China's commitment to fostering dialogue and cooperation among nations in an increasingly complex global landscape.
Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasised the importance of deepening financial and economic cooperation among BRICS nations. He highlighted the need to amplify the representation and voice of Global South countries in the global arena.
In a bid to foster collaboration, Xi stated that China is committed to expanding partnerships in the green industry, clean energy, and green minerals with fellow BRICS members. Additionally, he announced plans to establish 10 overseas study centres in BRICS countries over the next five years to further promote educational exchange and cooperation.
