China factory fire leaves five dead

Five people were killed in a fire at an electronic company in China's Shandong Province.

Beijing, Dec 14: At least five persons were killed and four others injured in a fire at a factory in China's Shandong Province.

The fire broke out around last night at an electronic company in Haiyang City.

It was extinguished around 11:33 pm, state-run Xinhua news agency reported today. Five persons have died and four others were injured.

The injured have been hospitalised and are in stable conditions. The cause of the fire is under investigation, the report said.
