China: Drunk man on bike quarrels with street dog for 30 minutes; loses eventually

Beijing, March 12: There is nothing drunk men cannot do. A man in Changshu city in Jiangsu province of China recently had the most bizarre experience of his life when he got into an intense argument with a street dog and lost it too!

It happened in the night of March 3 when the man, riding his motorbike back home after a night of drinking, confronted the dog that barked and chased after him as he vroomed down an empty road, Shanghaiist reported. The man, inebriated, was not in a mood to retreat and he stopped his vehicle and started shouting back at the dog. The man was identified with a surname of Shao.

The man-animal verbal duel went one for half an hour and even though the dog was more intelligent to give it up and return inside the gate of a compound, Shao was not giving up yet. He drove his motorbike forward apparently aiming to break open the gate.

People inside the gate were alerted at this and they called the police who soon came and detained the man.
