Boko Haram releases first shocking beheading video since ISIS allegiance
London, July 11: Nigerian militant group Boko Haram has released its first beheading video since pledging its allegiance to Islamic State (ISIS) in March of this year.
The ten minute long footage by the Boko Haram mimics the violent videos released by ISIS propaganda clips, The Independent reported.
The video contains footage of shooting between Boko Haram gunmen and what appear to be Nigerian soldiers. Members of the terror group are then shown next to soldiers they have killed, showing the security badge of one victim to the camera.
The video ends with the senseless murder of a captured African Union soldier. With a look of true horror on his face, the man kneels in front of three masked Boko Haram fanatics - two of whom point AK47s at his head.

The video then cuts to reveal his decapitated body lying motionless on the floor.
Boko Haram has created havoc in the forms of murder and kidnaping during its six-year campaign to carve out an Islamist state in northern Nigeria.
