Belgium: Armed men barge into apartment, take one hostage
Ghent, Dec 15: Four armed men entered an apartment on Monday here and have taken a hostage. The Belgian Police have surrounded the apartment and are trying to get the people out safely.
It is still unclear the motive behind the hostage situation.
Officials said that there was no indication of a link between the Ghent incident and the hostage situation going on in Sydney.
Police officials have sealed of the area near the apartment as the seige continues.
