Asian Games 2023, Day 7 Highlights: Check Out The winners On September 30

On Saturday, September 30, India succeeded in capturing a total of 7 medals. With this, India has won a total of 38 medals so far in the Asian Games. Indian players managed to win 10 gold, 14 silver and 14 bronze medals. Apart from this, three boxers Preeti, Lovlina and Narendra have secured medals for themselves.

Hockey: The Indian men's hockey match was played between India and Pakistan on Saturday in the Asian Games. Where the Indian team achieved the feat of defeating Pakistan 10-2. In this match, captain Harmanpreet Singh scored four goals, Lalit Kumar Upadhyay scored two goals, Mandeep Singh scored one goal, Sumit scored one goal, Varun Kumar scored one goal and Shamsher Singh scored one goal.

Badminton: The Indian men's badminton team entered the final of the Asian Games 2023 men's badminton team by defeating Korea 3-2 in a thrilling match on Saturday.

Athletics: India's pair of Sarabjot Singh and Divya TS have won the silver medal in the 10 meter air pistol mixed shooting event. China won the gold medal in this match. Indian shooter Sarabjot Singh celebrated his birthday after winning silver in the 10 meter air pistol mixed shooting event. During this time, the Chinese gold medal winning pair also attended the birthday celebration!

Squash: Indian men's squash team has won the gold medal by defeating Pakistan in the Asian Games. India has defeated Pakistan 2-1 in the final of the men's team event. Trailing by 2 match points, Abhay Singh won the decider 3-2 after Saurav Ghoshal leveled the score at 1-1.

Tennis: Rohan Bopanna and Rutuja Bhosale have won gold in the mixed doubles event of tennis. In the final, Rohan-Rituja defeated first seeds Liang En Shuo and Tsung Hao Huang of Chinese Taipei 2-6, 6-3, 10-4 (super tiebreak).

Boxing: Preeti Pawar secured the quota for the Paris Olympics by entering the women's 54 kg semi-finals in the Asian Games on Saturday and also assured herself of a medal.

Golf: Olympian Aditi Ashok shot 11-under 61 in the third round and moved closer to a historic individual gold medal in the Asian Games golf event.

Shooting: Sarabjot/Divya won silver medal in 10 meter air pistol mixed team.
