Ashley St. Clair Sues Elon Musk For Sole Custody Of Son, Claims He Has Met Their Child Only 3 Times

Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair has reportedly taken legal action against SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, seeking sole legal custody of their son.

According to PEOPLE magazine, she filed the petition with the New York Supreme Court on Friday, 21 February, requesting custody of the child.

St. Clair's representative, Brian Glickich, told PEOPLE exclusively that she has "filed paternity and custody petitions to protect the best interests of her child."

"She has made every effort to collaborate with Mr. Musk before taking this step. She has no further comment on the contents of the petitions, which speak for themselves," the representative stated.

In her filing, St. Clair requested the court to "issue a summons, warrant or order requiring the Respondent to show cause why the Court should not enter a declaration of paternity, an order of support and such other and further relief as may be appropriate under the circumstances."

The author alleged in the petition that Elon Musk is the father of the boy, who was born in September 2024 (with the exact date redacted in the documents).

On February 14, St. Clair announced on X that she and Musk, 53, share a child, who goes by the initials R.S.C.

Musk has met R.S.C. 'only 3 times'

According to her petition, Ashley St. Clair stated that Musk was not present at the birth of their child and "has met him only three times and has had no involvement in his care and upbringing."

The report further stated that Musk first met his son on September 21, 2024 and spent two hours with them, followed by a one-hour visit the next day. She claims the last time Musk saw R.S.C. was on November 30, 2024, for just 30 minutes.

A week before that meeting, she alleged that Musk had texted her on November 24, 2024, saying, "I want to knock you up again." Three months later, he allegedly sent another message: "Well, we do have a legion of kids to make," according to the report.

Although St. Clair has asserted that Musk is R.S.C.'s father, she has also filed a paternity petition alongside the custody petition.

Musk 'acknowledged parentage of child'

St. Clair reportedly stated that Musk "acknowledged parentage of the child in various written correspondences," including a text exchange following R.S.C.'s birth.

She said she had sent Musk a photograph of herself with the newborn shortly after the birth, to which he allegedly replied, "I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend." She included a screenshot of the purported conversation in her petition.
