Afghan envoy welcomes new Donald Trump's new policy
Afghanistan Envoy to US Hamdullah Mohib on Tuesday welcomed US President Donald Trump's new policy towards Afghanistan and for breaking silence on Pakistan's shelter of terrorists.

"We welcome this decision, which is the result of intense deliberations and takes into account bot our countries' needs and considerations," Hamdullah Mohib said in a statement.
Trump emphasized the need for Pakistan to stop harboring the Taliban. Mohib said Afghanistan has made progress and is committed to pursuing reforms to show it merits continuing help from the US.
Earlier today, US President Donald Trump says the US "can no longer be silent" about terrorist safe havens in Pakistan.
He said Pakistan often gives sanctuary to "agents of chaos, violence and terror," and says the Taliban and other groups there pose a threat to the region and beyond.
